Limited Edition Rare Champagne Rosé vintage 2014, box ‘Métamorphose extraordinaire’ by William Amor – International
The RareChampagne limited edition by William Amor is a “Création Messagère” in which earth, art and the future meet to form an Extra-Ordinary Metamorphosis. The bottle is delicately adorned with a “rosa péonie”, vine leaves and a small sequin.
The “Rosa Péonie” chosen by William Amor, the main note of Rare Rosé 2014, is crystallized, in a digital passport, as a token of a certificate enabling the purchaser of the limited edition to receive, in 2032, i.e. 8 years after the revelation of Rare Rosé 2014, a Methuselah (6L) of RareRosé. “Rosa Péonie” or peony rose is made from a pigmented plastic bag, emerging from a hybridization of flowers with a fleshy, generous heart. “Vitis Vinifera ‘Rare'” or vine leaf is made from the embossed aluminum of the Rare Champagne cap and becomes a vine leaf.
The richly symbolic grape leaf is the natural foundation of champagne-making. “Calculus Vitris Jactare ‘Rare’ Rosé 2014” – The “Rare Rosé 2014” crown jewels. When RareChampagne’s crystallized tartar is adorned with crystals, radiates in the light and becomes a crown jewel. The artist’s favorite waste, when the limestone deposit is born in the vats where the champagne matures at its own pace.
This deposit, like a concentrate of the Elixir, mineralizes and crystallizes. William Amor, fascinated by this biological magic, set himself the challenge of magnifying this potassium tartrate into an ornamental sequin adorned with rose quartz-like crystals in champagne hues.
William Amor’s work is adorned with a poetic aura, a celebration of the metamorphosis of neglected materials, ennobled by the artist who has given them a second life.

For this new collaboration, William Amor imagines an ephemeral showcase where metamorphosis becomes the art of celebrating the living. Inside the pop-up store, the bottles of Rare Champagne Rosé millésimé 2014 are adorned with delicate ornaments: a Rosa Péonie, vine leaves and a crystalline sequin that encircle the neck of the bottle like a jewel.
In this pop-up, each element seems to carry a story, a second life. Even a nod to a past collaboration: the carpet on which the display credenzas are arranged comes from a project for carpet designer Balsan, designed by William Amor in 2023.
