FREIZEIT | Flowers that don’t exist: the truest and most beautiful works of art (by Florentina Welley)
Flowers aren’t just messages of love. Some of the poetic works are made from real flowers, but most are made from recycled paper, fabric and plastic waste.
by Florentina Welley
If you take a closer look at William Amor’s colorful bouquets, you’ll see that each piece is made from recycled plastic waste.
The Frenchman founded Les Créations Messagères to raise awareness of environmental issues transforming discarded plastic into delicate floral works. Her atelier parisien is a blend of botanical laboratory and jewelry workshop where he created his fantastic, award-winning trash creations for the runways of Balenciaga à Lancôme .
For me, waste is the seed from which beauty emerges.
he says, aimed at reducing over-consumption.
